Terms and Conditions Checkboxes

Add clear confirmations to your Shopify cart, such as acceptance of your terms or an acknowledgement relevant to the order.

What we configure

• Checkbox wording and placement for the agreed cart layout.
• Required or optional behaviour for supported cart actions.
• Checks of the affected cart and purchase flows after setup.

Cart and checkout are different

We confirm compatibility with your theme, cart drawer, accelerated checkout routes and Shopify plan before installation. A cart checkbox does not automatically add a checkbox inside Shopify checkout. Custom placement or checkout extensions may need a different scope.

Technical feature, not legal advice

A checkbox does not by itself make a store legally compliant or verify a customer’s age. Have a qualified adviser review the wording, consent records and requirements for your business and markets.

Send us your store URL and the confirmation you need. We confirm scope and timing before work starts.
