Shopify Single Task

* Stores that are "Unlimited" do not use Task Credits. The amount of tasks that can be completed during a subscription period greatly depends on the initial submission quality (mock-ups provided with clear instruction), scope of task (within our 1 hour limit, not a project, not a list of tasks or any other attempt to abuse our service rate and limit) and general ease of communication.

Delivery timing is confirmed for each task. We agree the scope and schedule before work starts. Timing for the first delivery and any revisions is specified for the individual task. There is no general delivery guarantee for a fixed time of day or a fixed number of hours.

† The special reduced plan requires a prepaid three-month commitment, whether or not you submit tasks or use additional services. The subscription reserves delivery capacity. Paid periods cannot be paused unless expressly agreed in writing. Upfront fees are non-refundable by default, subject to the exceptions in ZAGO’s service terms.

†† Cancel in writing through your client portal or usual ZAGO contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable paid period after the agreed minimum commitment and any notice period have been met. Tasks may be submitted until the service end date within the agreed scope. Cancellation does not create a pro-rated refund for unused time or tasks.

‡ Task-credit bundles are prepaid services. The displayed price is per task for the advertised quantity. They are intended for existing clients who know the service and want to buy tasks without a monthly plan’s time restriction. Payments are non-refundable by default, including when no credits have been used. There is no automatic partial refund. Any voluntary refund or credit is solely at ZAGO’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing, subject to mandatory legal rights and any express refund entitlement in the accepted written agreement.
